Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation:
Customers can cancel their orders before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. - Cancellation Request:
To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team at contact@world2us.com within 7 Days of placing the order or before receiving a shipment confirmation, whichever occurs first. - Non-Cancellable Items:
The following items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed:
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
- Refund Process:
If an order is successfully cancelled, any payments made through Net Banking (SBI or other banks) will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made. The refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the bank’s processing time. - Partial Cancellations:
Customers may cancel specific items from an order, provided the items haven’t been processed for shipment and are not part of the non-cancellable list. - Changes to the Cancellation Policy:
World2us.com reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
